HELP! way tooo LOUD for street driving

Today we have installed my Kami-header + Thermal 3". Is this normal b/c we had to make a curve in the test pipe to make the down pipe of the header fit to the exhaust pipe.

GOD DAMN! IS THIS LOOOUUUUD! It?s way too loud.

Is there a possibilty to make it much much quieter? I can?t drive this way here or the officers kicks my ass into the prison.

I?m thinkig to put the cat and the stock exhaust pipe back and only go with the header and the tail silencer.

Do you have any ideas to get a street driveable sound?

Oh man, I know how you feel. When I gutted my cat last weekend I knew it was gonna be loud but MY GOD, I never expected it to be that loud. I put my silencer back in the exhaust and it sounds perfect now, fairly quiet but a little louder than stock. The best way to quiet your exhaust would be to put your cat back in. BTW, did you get a CEL when you installed the test pipe? I did and I can't get rid of it, that pisses me off.

NONONO! no cell?s I have only one O2 sensor before the cat.

This is the only positive thing on my bew exhaust.

Where can I get some silencer to throw it into the exhaust pipe? 3 inch ?? perhaps from a truck?!?! or a BIG V8.

I need ASAP good ideas b/c I?ll put out it soon.

No, the silencer came with the exhaust. It slides in the tip and bolts in.

They say "Get your ass out of the car now!!" And when you get out you usually stumble because your head's all messed up from the super loud exhaust tone, and then you go to jail for drinking and driving. j/k

Not many police will let you get away with extremely loud exhaust. Most places hand out Disturbing The Peace tickets for this.

The next problem is, I have to upgrade my stereo b/c it?s not as loud as before the freakin?, fuckin`, damn exhaust!

Where can I get a resonator, in the last post I mixed it up with the silencer.
